Quickmove is an ability originating in Dissidia. It can only be used at places where three yellow arrows appear. Jumping while near these arrows will allow one to quickly fly in whatever direction it's pointing, usually to the nearest raised surface, but sometimes up and around walls as well. Garland uses this ability to reach the moon in Garland's Lunar Saga.
